Description
Warm sand, pale water and a soft white horizon, with a streak of golden brown running through the shore. Lamentations 3:23 is written low in the work, in the light of early morning: they are new every morning.
The verse
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
Lamentations 3:23
Lamentations was written after the fall of Jerusalem, a book full of grief. Right in the middle of it comes a turning point: God's mercies never fail, and they are new every morning. Words of hope for the start of every day.
