Refund policy

Every piece is made to order. If something is not right, we will help you resolve it.

Returns
You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition you received it. To start a return, email info@aenonhome.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it.

Custom pieces
Pieces made with a verse of your choice or in custom dimensions are made especially for you and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
To exchange a piece, return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the piece you would like.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo and your order number to info@aenonhome.com, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know by email. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take another 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@aenonhome.com.
