Description
A dark green sea under a sheltering sky, with a faint green light resting low on the water. Psalm 91:1 is written low in the work, under a sky that covers the water like a roof: a life kept under the shadow of the Almighty.
The verse
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm 91:1
Psalm 91 is the great psalm of God's protection. Its first line speaks of the secret place, the hidden place close to God, and of living there under His shadow, the way a bird covers its young (verse 4). A verse about a life lived close to God.
