IIHorizon- The verse
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:39
- What it says
Romans 8 is often called the high point of Paul's letter. It ends with a list of everything that could stand between us and God, from death and life to height and depth. None of it can separate us from His love.
- The collection
Horizon is a collection of abstract canvases in soft, horizontal bands of colour, like a landscape seen from a distance. A line of Scripture is set low in each work, as part of the surface. From across the room you see the colour. Up close, you read the words.
- The making
Printed on archival canvas and made to order, to hang as it is or in a floating frame.
