IIHorizon- The verse
The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: the LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee.
Numbers 6:24-25
- What it says
This is the priestly blessing God gave to Aaron to speak over His people. It is one of the oldest blessings in the Bible, still spoken at the end of services, at weddings and over newborns. A blessing to hang over a home.
- The collection
Horizon is a collection of abstract canvases in soft, horizontal bands of colour, like a landscape seen from a distance. A line of Scripture is set low in each work, as part of the surface. From across the room you see the colour. Up close, you read the words.
- The making
Printed on archival canvas and made to order, to hang as it is or in a floating frame.
